15th October Reading Inspiration Day 2022.

In order to encourage the reading habit and in keeping with the spirit of learning and creativity for success, the KBS & KMS Learning Resource Centre celebrated 15th October, 2022 as ‘Reading Inspiration Day’, on the birth anniversary of Former President, Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam. Dr. Kalam was a man who dreamed and whose passion in life was to inspire others to dream. One of his best remembered quotes is - “A dream is not that which you see while sleeping; it is something that does not let you sleep”. He was a great scientist, thinker, writer, motivational speaker and the Missile Man of India. As a tribute to this great personality, the KBS & KMS Library displayed some popular titles of Dr. Kalam and also organized activities like Short Story Writing, Book Hunting and Best Slogan Writing for students, faculty and staff, as a part of the competition. Everyone associated with KET’s Schools of Management enthusiastically participated in all the competitions and enjoyed the activities.
